Dashboards

A selection of dashboards will be available, depending on the configuration of your account.

Each dashboard will include a number of widgets and charts, showing information selected from the Report Dates selected at the top right of the dashboard.

  • The interval period of charts can be changed using the Show option to select between Day, Week, Month or Year.
  • All data related to Orders includes Ordered, Part Shipped and Shipped Orders.
  • Orders which are Pending (waiting on payment information) or any other status like Cart, Checkout or New will be excluded.

The following dashboards may be included:-

General

Across the top are four widgets:-

  • Visitors – The total number of unique visitors to the website.
  • Customers – The total number of unique customers.
  • Revenue – The total revenue for all orders placed.
  • New Customers – The total number of new customers

Below this is a chart showing the total Sales for each period during the selected date range.

Events

Chart summary of all event activity, showing total # of tickets/registrations for each future event.

The ticket/registration funnel – showing the total Visits, total number of Carts, total number which then entered the Checkout and then the total which became finalised orders (bookings/registrations/ticket sales).

Conversion shows the sales funnel data as a pie chart from the perspective of order status, so you can easily see what % of shopping carts become finished orders.

Sales

Chart summary of sales for each period in the selected date range.

Visitors

The total unique visitors per period in the selected date range.

The distribution of browsers used.

Teh distribution of technology platforms used (includes desktop and mobile).

Acquisition

The top referring 3rd party websites, by numbers of visitors.

The top social referrers.

Referrers by revenue – an excellent way to see which social or search marketing channel is resulting in the most revenue.

Customers

The total number of unique customers for each period in the date range.
