You can export data in any of the following formats:-
- Microsoft Excel (XLS)
- Comma Delimited Text File (CSV)
- Pipe Delimited Text File (CSV)
- XML File
- Symbolic Links (SYLK)
- Data Interchange File Format (DIFF)
- HTML File
- Text File
You can also export HTML Content as
- CSV for Content
- Pipe Delimited for Content
(Content export HTML encodes the data, to safely transport HTML content).
How to Export
1. Create or Open the report showing the data you wish to export
2. View the report and click the Tools link at the top right of the report
3. Choose the required file format
